During the operation of the planetary reducer, the internal components are constantly running. Therefore, in order to avoid the planetary reducer from malfunctioning due to prolonged operation, we need to do a good job in lubrication. So how should planetary reducers do lubrication work?
1. The planetary gearbox adopts a smooth oil pool under normal conditions, and the oil level should be maintained in the middle of the sight oil window. When the task conditions are harsh and the ambient temperature is low, cyclic smoothing can be used.
2. Under normal conditions at room temperature, planetary reducers use 40 # or 50 # mechanical oil for lubrication. In order to improve the function of the accelerator and extend the service life of planetary reducers, it is recommended to use 70 # or 90 # extreme pressure gear oil. When working at high and low temperatures, it is also advisable to reconsider lubrication oil.
3. The vertical planetary gear reducer should be strictly prevented from oil pump interruption to prevent damage to the components of the accelerator.
4. When refueling, you can unscrew the ventilation cap on the upper part of the seat to refuel. When draining oil, unscrew the drain plug at the bottom of the engine seat to drain the dirty oil. The accelerator is free of smooth oil on the outside when it leaves the factory.
5. The first 100 hours of refueling operation should be replaced with new oil (and the external dirty oil should be washed clean). The current task should be continued, with a change every six months (8-hour task system). If the task conditions are harsh, the oil change time can be appropriately extended. Theory shows that frequent cleaning and oil change of the accelerator (such as 3-6 months) play an important role in extending the service life of the accelerator. Smooth oil should be frequently replenished during the application process.
